WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit for the property at 27 Mayflower Parkway last Friday.

Built in 1960, the 1¾-story cape has 3,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three and one half baths, a basement, a garage and a stone patio.

The property traded hands in June for $1.75 million. It had traded in 2012 for $1.51 million and in 2003 for $1.3 million. 

The property’s assessment currently stands at $1,019,900.

Mayflower Parkway is off Compo Road South near Longshore Club Park.
