WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 25 Sniffen Road.
The single-story split-level was built in 1954. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, a raised basement, a stone patio and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in September for $975,000. It had previously traded for $735,000 in 2016 and for $640,000 in 2009. The property’s current assessment is $440,400.
Sniffen Road is off Clinton Avenue, which is off of Main Street.
