WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 242 Compo Road South.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1975. It has 2,300-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, a garage, a wood deck, a finished upper story and a tennis court.
The property traded hands in June for $1,925,000. The property’s current assessment is $925,700.
