WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 20 Blue Ribbon Drive.
The single-story ranch was built in 1958. It has 2,800 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement, carport, screened porch, stone terrace, concrete patio and in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in July for $1.3 million. The property’s current assessment is $570,900.
