WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 148 Old Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1958. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement area, a garage, a wood deck and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in August for $1,000,000. The property’s current assessment is $507,200.
Old Road is off Bulkley Avenue N and Maple Avenue N.
