WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the structure at 11 Wake Robin Road.
The one-story ranch was built in 1946. It has 2,900-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bath, a garage, an open porch, a wood deck and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in March for $953,711. It had previously traded in 2003 for $707,000 and for $635,000 in 2000. The property’s current assessment is $461,000.
Wake Robin Road is off of Greens Farms Road.
