WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 1 Crow Hollow Lane.
The single-story ranch was built in 1945. It has 900-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a half-bathroom, basement area, concrete patio and cabin. The property traded hands in 2022 for $575,000. Previously, it had sold for $491,000 in 2012 and for $459,000 in 2011. The property’s current assessment is $601,200.
Crow Hollow Lane is off of Newtown Turnpike.
