WESTPORT — Police officers and firefighters once again dominated the list of the town’s top wage earners in 2023.

Of the top 25, only one was not a first responder, town Finance Director Gary Conrad.

Police Sgt. David R. Librandi repeated as the town’s top wager earner for 2023, pulling in $332,864. That included a base salary of $118,587, overtime of $47,862 and outside wages of $166,415.

He was just a couple thousand dollars behind Supt. of Schools Thomas Scarice, the top municipal wage earner, who earned $334,941 last calendar year.

Here are the top 25 town-side wage earners:

1. Police Sgt. David R. Librandi earned $332,864. That included a base salary of $118,587, overtime of $47,862 and outside wages of $166,415.
