WESTPORT — Seven “Students of the Month” have been named at Staples High School for March.

They are: senior Massimo Sequenzia, juniors Vincent Vega and Angela Dellorusso, sophomores Ignacy Nieweglowski and Hayley Epstein, and freshmen Petra Schwartz and Chloe Endich.

Nominated by their teachers, students chosen for the distinction are considered the “glue” that knits together the Staples community, according to Principal Stafford Thomas.

They are considered “all-around good citizens” of the school, “who help make Staples High School a welcoming place for their peers and teachers alike,” the announcement states.
