WESTPORT — Five “Students of the Month” for March have been selected at Staples High School.
They are: senior Olivia Marshall, juniors Lucy Dockter and Miriam Hurley, and freshmen Perrin Root and Ocean Bansak.
The students, nominated by teachers, are chosen because they help making the school a welcoming place, according to the school’s announcement. “They are the ‘glue’ of the Staples community … these students are all-around good citizens of our school.”
