WESTPORT – Third View Private Wealth, an independent, employee-owned wealth-management firm, is planting firm roots in Westport with a newly renovated waterfront headquarters. 

The 15-person team recently moved into its new offices at 257 Riverside Avenue.

Co-founder Zoltan Pongracz said the firm’s decision to establish a permanent headquarters in Westport was intentional and reflected its commitment to the community.

“This is where we want to be,” he said. “We’re planning on being here a long time.”

The location also provides convenient access to Third View’s clients in New York City and throughout the region while offering what Pongracz sees as an attractive lifestyle for prospective employees.

Pongracz has personal ties to Fairfield County and his relationships with local business and community leaders helped make Westport a natural fit for the growing firm.

Third View, which launched in 2025 and now advises $1.3 billion in client assets, was founded by three longtime colleagues who left larger wealth-management firms to create a different kind of company.

“We’re 100% independent,” Pongracz said. “We just didn’t want to be like a cookie cutter company that has the same marketing department for 60 different firms.”

The company is currently hiring and plans to continue investing in Westport by building its workforce locally as it grows.

“There’s just a big talent pool to draw from here,” Pongracz said. “We’re growing like crazy.”

Third View will host a grand opening at its new headquarters on Thursday, Sept. 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. 

Pongracz said the event represents an opportunity to introduce Third View more formally to the Westport community. 

“We just love the community,” he said. “It’s a beautiful place.”
