Montage of some of more than 25 musicians slated to perform at “JazzFest” on April 24.

WESTPORT — More than 25 musicians will jam for a good cause at “JazzFest,” slated April 24 at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 399.

The third annual event, which raises money for scholarships and other community programs supported by the Jazz Society of Fairfield County, will take place at at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at the VFW post, 465 Riverside Ave.

Included will be a New Orleans-style dinner, as well as a silent auction. To purchase tickets in advance online, click here.

Performers will include Melissa Newman, Giacomo Gates, David DeJesus, Mike Mossman, Greg Wall, Boots Maleson and more.

Proceeds will benefit JazzFC community programs, including young musician clinics, college scholarships and senior center outreach throughout Fairfield County.
