WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 2 Izzo Lane.
The 1½-story ranch was built in 1968. It has 2,400-square-feet of living space, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, concrete patio and finished half-story.
The property traded hands in March 2026 for $900,000. The property’s current assessment is $830,200.
