WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 20 Sherwood Drive.
The two-story conventional was built in 1930. It has 1,800-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a crawl space, garage, stone patio, screen porch and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in February for $1,700,000. It had traded three months earlier for $1,475,000. The property’s current assessment is $694,400.
Sherwood Drive is off of Burnham Hill and Compo Hill Avenue, which are off of Hillspoint Road.
