WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the main house at 114 Roseville Road.
The two-story custom contemporary was built in 1983. It has 4,800-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a basement area, garage, stone patio and finished upper story. The demolition plans do not include the inground pool and adjoining cabana, two stone patios and a tennis court.
The property traded hands in November 2025 for $2,200,000. It had previously traded for $1,000,000 in 1990. The property’s current assessment is $1,673,100.
