FAIRFIELD — Laura Zigman will be the guest of honor this week as the Friends of the Fairfield Public Library host their 15th annual Literary Luncheon.

The event will run from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27th at The Patterson Club. It includes lunch, dessert, and a glass of wine, with all proceeds benefiting the Fairfield Public Library.

Zigman will be in conversation with fellow author Ann Leary on her latest book, The Author Weekend. Published on May 5th, the novel is described as “a thrilling and hilarious dive into the dark heart of envy, and a glorious exploration of a woman of a certain age desperate to survive the dog-eat-dog world of publishing and control her own narrative.”
