WESTPORT — Registration is open for the Westport/Weston “TOPSoccer” program for youngsters, kindergartners through eighth graders, with physical and/or learning disabilities.

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer), administered by U.S. Youth Soccer, pairs each participant with a volunteer, under supervision of trained coaches, to learn soccer skills and team work, according to program organizers.
