Staples girls soccer team runs over Westhill 6-0

STAMFORD — The Staples High girls soccer team recorded a season-high goal total in a 6-0 triumph at Westhill on Tuesday.

Natalie Chudowsky and Ryan Lapatine both scored twice to lead Coach Barry Beattie’s Wreckers. 

Caitlin Chu and junior Sophie Hill also found the net to help seal the victory and keep the Wreckers unbeaten at 3-0-2 to start the year.

Katherine Shackelford, Adeline Bozman, Leigh Foran, Charlotte Franklin and Daisy Chung all had assists. 

The Wreckers will host Wilton at 4 p.m. Friday.
