MIDDLETOWN–Staples’ Tighe Brunetti won the semi-final round of the CIAC’s individual boys singles tournament today. He beat Dylan Atkinson of Greenwich, 6-1, 7-6 (2).
Brunetti, seeded #1 in the tournament, will face the #2 seed Petro Kuzmenok from Fairfield Warde.
The final match will be held tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
