WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 27 Bauer Place Ext.
The 1¾-story cape was built in 1960. It has 1,200-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, garage, screen porch and three quarter-story.
The property traded hands in September for $850,000. It had previously traded for $217,748 in 2022 and for $241,000 in 1996. The property’s current assessment is $339,300.
Bauer Place Ext. is off of Bauer Place, which is off of Old Road.
