WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 15 Jennie Lane.
The single-story ranch was built in 1956. It has 2,200-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and garage. The property traded hands in June 2026 for $500,000. Previously, it had sold for $243,000 in 1996. The property’s current assessment is $746,300.
Jennie Lane is off of Narrow Rocks Road, which is off of Compo Road S.
