
WESTPORT–The modern house at 330 Compo Road S stands today where a 79-year-old cape once stood.
The Building Department issued a demolition permit in 2023 for the 1944 cape at 330 Compo Road S. That house had 1,700-square feet of living space on one-sixth of an acre.
Today, the property features a 2½-story modern house, with 3,000-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement area, piers, stone patio, wood deck, finished upper story, finished attic and finished attic expansion.
The property traded hands in June 2022 for $1,725,000, for $1,500,000 in February 2022, for $1,200,000 in 2021 and for $1,030,000 in 2019.
The property’s assessment was $763,100 in 2022 and is $2,064,405 today.
