WESTPORT – The Building Department issued a demolition permit for the original house at 20 Colony Road in February 2022.
The original house was a two-story Colonial, built in 1968, with 2,800-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a basement, a finished upper story and a wood deck.
On the property today stands a 3,700-square-foot, 2-story Colonial, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms a half bathroom, a basement area, a garage, a wood deck, a finished upper story and an unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in 2018 for $880,000.
The assessed value of the property was $677,900 in 2020 and is $894,400 today.
Colony Road is off of Roseville Road.
