WESTPORT – The 1963 house at 1 Tuck Lane was torn down after the Historic District Commission granted approval for a demolition permit in 2021.
The demolished single-story split level had 1,100-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one-half bathroom, an unfinished basement, a garage and a wood deck.
On the property today stands a 7,500-square-foot, 2-story custom Colonial design, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a flo-thru crawl space, a flo-thru garage, a wood deck, an open porch, a finished upper story, an unfinished attic and a finished attic.
The property traded hands in August for $3,000,000. It had traded in 2021 for $625,000.
The assessed value of the property was $543,200 in 2020 and is $543,165 today.
Tuck Lane is off of Lyons Plains Road, near Coleytown Road.
