WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission unanimously voted this month to allow issuance of a demolition permit for the house at 1 Tuck Lane.

Built in 1963, the single-story split level has 1,100-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two and one-half baths, an unfinished basement, a garage and a wood deck.

The property traded hands on Monday for $625K.

The property’s assessment currently stands at $543,200.
