The two-story Colonial was built in 1984. It has 3,800 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement, screened porch, wood deck, finished upper story and an in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in 2022 for $1,666,875. It had previously traded for $1,607,500 in 2016 and for $625,000 in 1992. The property’s current assessment is $1,005,700.
