WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission approved the issuance of a residential demolition permit for the property at 6 Bradley Street in June.
Built in 1925, the 2¼-story Colonial has 3,100-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two and one half baths, a finished attic, a crawl space, a garage with loft, and a screen porch.
The property traded hands in January for $1.50 million.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $973,200.
