The 1 ¾-story cape was built in 1940. It has 2,300-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage, wood deck, finished half-story and three quarter-story.
The property traded hands in 2013 for $906,000. It had previously traded for $584,000 in 2000 and for $322,500 in 1991. The property’s current assessment is $859,500.
