WESTPORT–The Building Department yesterday issued a permit to demolish the house at 39 Bonnie Brook Road.
The two-story, 1968 Colonial has 2,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half bathroom, a basement, a garage and a stone patio.
The property traded hands in November for $900,000. The property’s current assessment is $616,000.
Bonnie Brook Road is off of Silver Brook Road, between Easton Road and Weston Road.
