WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission recently approved the issuance of a permit to demolish the house at 32 Reichert Circle.
The single-story ranch was built in 1959. It has 1,200-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, one baths, a basement area, a garage and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in 2021 for $375,000. The property’s current assessment is $417,000.
Reichert Circle is off of Cross Highway.
