The property traded hands in August 2025 for $2,591,000. Previously, it had sold for $1,775,000 in 2005, for $1,450,000 in 2018 and for $460,000 in 1997. The property’s current assessment is $1,725,900.

Weathervane Hill is off of Wilton Road.
