WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 32 Hale Street.
The single-story ranch was built in 1955. It has 800-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a basement area and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in August for $400,000. Its current assessment is $207,500.
Hale Street is off Greens Farms Road.
