The two-story split-level was built in 1952. It has 2,600 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a crawl space, raised basement, carport, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in 2007 for $1,150,000. It had previously traded for $862,500 in 2002 and for $500,000 in 1991. The property’s current assessment is $680,100.
