WESTPORT–The Building Department today issued a permit to demolish the house at 254 Hillspoint Road.
The single-story high ranch was built in 1952. It has 2,900-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two baths, a half-bath, a stone terrace, a wood deck, a greenhouse and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in January for $5,000,000. It had previously traded for $1,400,000 in 2000. The property’s current assessment is $2,043,400.
