WESTPORT–The Building Department today issued a permit to demolish the house at 1A Plunkett Place.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1963. It has 2,300-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a crawl space, a wood deck and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in January for $940,500. It had previously traded for $435,000 in 1995. The property’s current assessment is $606,100.
Plunkett Place is off of North Avenue, south of Staples High School.
