WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 17 Vineyard Lane.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1962. It has 2,100-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three baths, a basement area, a garage, a stone patio and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands last October for $775,000. The property’s current assessment is $491,600.
Vineyard Lane is near the intersection of Bayberry Lane and Cross Highway.
