WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 15 Sunrise Road.
The single-story ranch was built in 1950. It has 1,400 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, one bathroom, basement, garage, screened porch and brick patio.
The property traded hands in 2023 for $825,000. It had previously traded for $410,000 in 2012. The property’s current assessment is $314,700.
