WESTPORT–The Building Department Monday issued a permit to demolish the house at 146 North Avenue.
The single-story split level was built in 1957. It has 1,500-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two baths, a basement area, a raised basement and a screen porch.
The property traded hands in October for $960,000. It had previously traded for $186,000 in 1984. The property’s current assessment is $524,600.
