WESTPORT–The Building Department yesterday issued a permit to demolish the house at 12 Rockyfield Road.
The single-story split-level was built in 1954. It has 2,100-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a basement area, a crawl space, a raised basement, a carport and an enclosed porch.
The property traded hands in February for $1,100,000. The property’s current assessment is $560,600.
Rockyfield Road is off of Warnock Road, off Easton Road, near Coleytown Elementary School.
