WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit to demolish the house at 11 Murvon Court.
The 1½-story cape cod was built in 1920. It has 1,500-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, a garage, a brick patio, a wood deck and a finished half-story.
The property traded hands in June 2021 for $1,115,000. The property’s current assessment is $646,600.
Murvon Court is off of Compo Beach Road.
