WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the structure at 11 Covlee Drive.

The two-story custom was built in 1989. It has 4,100-square-feet of living space, a dock, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a half-bath, a basement area, a garage, an open porch, a stone patio, a wood deck and a finished upper story.

The property traded hands in May 2021 for $2,705,000. It had previously traded in 2005 for $3,372,500 and for $1,687,000 in 1992. The property’s current assessment is $2,143,200.

Covlee Drive is off of Harbor Road.
