WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 104 Compo Road South.
The single-story ranch was built in 1976. It has 2,500 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, an open porch and a wood deck.
The property traded hands last month for $1,525,000. The property’s current assessment is $500,600.
