WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 1 Dexter Road.
The 1¼-story cape cod was built in 1954. It has 1,100-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, a bathroom, basement area, unfinished attic expansion and finished attic expansion. The property traded hands in June 2026 for $1,251,100. The property’s current assessment is $537,500.
Dexter Road is off Westfair Drive and Hunting Lane, near the intersection of Post Road E and N Bulkley Ave.
