
WESTPORT — A Westport woman issued a disorderly conduct summons for her role in an Aug. 22 domestic disturbance was arrested the next day after returning to the home from which she was barred, police said.
Marilyn Pantchenko, 69, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of her release in connection with the Aug. 23 incident.
Police were dispatched to a local residence on Aug. 22 to investigate a report of what was described as a domestic violence incident, and determined Pantchenko was the “alleged dominant aggressor,” according to the report.
As a result, was issued a misdemeanor summons charging her with disorderly conduct, and as one of the conditions of her release, was told not to return to the residence.
However, police said, Pantchenko came back to the residence the next day and “attempted to gain entry in violation of the conditions of release.”
She was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of her earlier release, posted $500 bond and was assigned an Aug. 24 arraignment date at state Superior Court in Stamford.
