
WESTPORT— On Tuesday, Wakeman Town Farm will host a Cinco de Mayo feast–with a twist.
Starting at 7 pm, the dinner will feature a Mexican-inspired menu by Chef Alison Milwe Grace.
Reservations are $135 per person and must be made in advance here. The event is BYOB.
Guests will be welcomed with a special cocktail, a Spicy Mezcal Grapefruit Margarita.
The full menu:
- Starter: Roasted Corn Guacamole with homemade tortilla chips.
- Second course: a Cinco Salad featuring farm lettuces, black beans, mango, local cheddar, tomatoes, and cilantro-lime vinaigrette, served with cornbread and jalapeño-honey butter.
- Entrée choice: Al Pastor Pork Enchiladas with yellow beans and rice or Tajín-Dusted Arctic Char with AMG’s signature green sauce, served with yellow beans and rice.
- Dessert: Tres Leches Parfait.
Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages; the farm will provide glassware, ice, water, and bottle openers.
