
WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 10 Twin Falls Lane.
The single-story contemporary was built in 1934. It has 4,200-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a raised basement, crawl space, screen porch, wood deck, finished upper story, unfinished attic and inground pool.
The property traded hands in Dec. 2025 for $1,800,000. It had previously traded for $725,000 in 1999. The property’s current assessment is $1,147,700.
