WESTPORT — Pamela Troy-Kopack, a certified public accountant, has been appointed to an open  Representative Town Meeting seat in District 3.

Troy-Kopack was appointed last week by a vote of the remaining District 3 members, who convened to fill a vacancy created by the recent resignation of Lyn Hogan from the district’s fourth seat.

She will fill the remainder of Hogan’s term, which ends Nov. 18, 2025.

Troy-Kopack most recently was director of business operations for Christ & Holy Trinity Church and its preschool, according to her resume submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office for RTM members’ review of potential appointees.

Her prior professional affiliations include: Brooks Torrey & Scott property management firm and Terex Corp., both in Westport, Blue Buffalo in Wilton and Warnaco in Milford.

Among Troy-Kopack’s many community activities have been serving as an officer of the Coleytown Middle and Elementary School PTAs, as well as for the Westport Young Woman’s League, A Better Chance Westport and St. John’s Family Center in Bridgeport.
