WESTPORT — Health and wellness will be highlighted at the Nov. 2 session of the Westport Farmers Market.

The farmers market will partner with health-and-wellness organizations for the program, which will take place during the market’s regular hours, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at its summer quarters, 50 Imperial Ave.

Information will be offered about services like massage, meditation, yoga, proper stretching, nutrition and more.

Among the participants will be:

  • Dharma Massage, on the value of massage while providing 10-minute chair sessions. 
  • Zion Physical Therapy, on the benefits of a stretching plan.  
  • Pause + Purpose, will join with GWell, offering gua sha treatments and information about meditation.
  • Mae Farrell, leader of the market’s “Get Growing” program for children, will show participants how to make healing bath salts.
  • Terry Walters, nutrition expert, will offer recipes and answer questions for healthy meals.
