WESTPORT — They won’t be singing for their supper, but to welcome the season, during a holiday musical interlude Dec. 10 at Saugatuck neighborhood restaurants.

Six singers from the Staples Orphenians will perform holiday selections for diners during the “Saugatuck Caroling Crawl” starting at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10.

The event, organized by the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce, returns this year after a two-year hiatus caused by the COVID pandemic.

The high school vocalists, scheduled to entertain at 14 Saugatuck area restaurants during the evening, include Sophia Betit, Madelyn Spera, James Dobin-Smith, Alyssa Lee, Deneil Betfarhad and Ethan Tober.

The carolers will begin their rounds at the Boathouse, followed by Parker Mansion, Kawa Ni, the Whelk, Tutti’s and the Black Duck. Then they will move to the train station area to entertain at Tarantino’s, Harvest, Romanacci and Allium, before capping off the night at Match, Rizzuto’s, Viva Zapata and Dunville’s.
