WESTPORT — As the third winter storm in a week to batter southwestern Connecticut pulled away at midday Saturday, sunny and breezy skies revealed water, water everywhere. Seemingly.

And, the National Weather Service warns, don’t get too used to the clear conditions and balmy temperatures that prevailed Saturday afternoon.

Much colder temperatures and a possible snowstorm are only a day or two away, the weather service predicts.
